IMPORTANT CHANGE
If you are a sponsor, and want to bring in more people to the team area than your sponsorship provides, a $100 per person charitable 501(c)(3) donation will be accepted before the event or at our gate.

I would like to thank you for your potential interest in sponsoring our Championship Barbecue Team Wack’em and Stack’em for the 2025 Rodeo BBQ Cook-Off. We’ve gone from a group of five guys and four small pits to our current 40’ commercial BBQ trailer that we refer to as “Moby”, as well as our big pit, the Black Widow. We are the first and only BBQ team that are buyers at the Junior Livestock Auction at the San Antonio Rodeo. We are also one of the only teams that has consistently donated back all cash winnings.
The Rodeo Cook-Off has grown from 27 teams in 1997 to over 300 teams, making it the SECOND largest Sanctioned BBQ Cook-Off in the country. The 2025 BBQ Cook-Off will be held January 24th and 25th off Gembler Road near the Coliseum and AT&T center.
Sponsorship levels and benefits of each are detailed above. In addition to signage at the Rodeo Cook-Off, we will display your signage at all other cookoffs we attend throughout the year. Best of all, you and your guests will enjoy some of the best barbecue in Texas, and the hospitality to go along with it.
As a charitable organization, Wack’em and Stack’em is now a designated 501(c)(3) entity, so your sponsorship cost will be fully tax-deductible.
