Our Story & Mission
Wack’em & Stack’em started as a small group of five guys with four small pits, cooking for the love of barbecue. Today, we compete with our 40’ commercial BBQ trailer “Moby” alongside our signature big pit, the Black Widow. We are proud to be the first and only BBQ team that is an official buyer at the Junior Livestock Auction at the San Antonio Rodeo and one of the few teams that has consistently donated all cash winnings back to support youth and agriculture programs.
